A transformer oil filter is a mechanical device that removes solid impurities and moisture from the oil, improving its quality and increasing its dielectric strength.

During operation, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the influence of the internal and external pressure differential. Large impurities are removed. After multi-stage infrared heating, the oil enters a custom-designed vacuum separator, where it first forms a mist and then a film, expanding its contact area in the vacuum by hundreds of times. Under the conditions of high heat, high vacuum, large surface area, and high pumping speed, the moisture in the oil is rapidly vaporized and discharged through the vacuum system.

The water vapor discharged from the upper portion of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified in a condenser before entering a cooler for further cooling. The condensed water enters a water storage tank and is discharged. The gas, after undergoing two rounds of condensation and dehumidification, is finally discharged into the air by a vacuum pump.

The dry oil liquid after vacuum vaporization and dehydration in the vacuum separator is raised from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil pump. After filtration, the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet, completing the entire oil purification process.
